Please note that there is no limit to the number of entries you may submit. Each entry must be paid for and filled out individually.
To complete your submission, you’ll upload a JPEG version of your image in step 2 that MUST BE NO LARGER THAN 600 pixels on the longest side and less than 2MB in size.

Selected Entries Final Submission Information:
- Following jury deliberations, notification of selected entries will be on Monday, February 20, 2012. If your artwork is selected as a category winner and/or the SNAP! 2012 Silent Auction your work will printed and matted by Elevator Digital and exhibited for silent auction at the SNAP! Gala, Sunday, March 25, 2012.
- Print ready files of selected digital entries must be loaded to ACT’s secure server by 5:00pm EST, Friday, February 24, 2012 and will be printed and matted by our proud sponsor, Elevator Digital.
Print ready file format:
- Files to be supplied as Adobe 1998 flattened TIFFs, No Alpha channels
- Recommended colour Profile Adobe RGB 1998
- The maximum print dimension is 20” x 30” (600 sq.in.) / 50cm x 75cm (3750 sq. cm) at 300 dpi (4800 x 6000 pixels). Please submit files of no less than 4800 pixels on shortest side and no more than 6000 pixels on the longest side
- No Alpha channels – please remove them before sending
- Files should be sent in 8 bits per channel

*ACT reserves the right to withhold any submissions from exhibition or sale that fail to meet the expectation of quality elicited through the original jpeg submission.
- Artists Name, Title of Work and E-mail address will appear on bid sheets at auction and in sleeves together with the work to ensure the artist’s image(s) are properly credited.
- Contact information will only be used for the purpose of contacting the contestant with regard to the SNAP! event and to advise them of future SNAP! events unless the contestant has otherwise indicated in their application.
- All submissions must comply with the SNAP! Photo Competition and Silent Auction Rules as outlined. All other submissions may be disqualified
