SNAP! 2012 Live Auction Chair
For the past three editions of SNAP!, generous supporters have been able to “adopt” a given lot from the Live Auction. This means they agree to sponsor ACT by donating an amount matching the estimated value or final sale price of a selected lot, and they will be recognized as an Adopter of that lot. Please rest assured that the entire SNAP! 2012 collection will be available to purchase at auction on Sunday, March 25th. We would like to thank our many generous Adopt-A-Lot donors for their support of SNAP! and ACT!
We are thrilled that many of the lots have been adopted this year! Opportunities are still available, and we encourage you to contact us if you are interested in becoming an Adopt-A-Lot supporter. Since 1983, ACT has developed programs and services that respond to the changing needs of the communities it serves. ACT provides services and supports that help and empower men, women and youth living with and affected by HIV/AIDS. ACT works with gay men, women and youth to increase their knowledge, skills and resilience in the face of HIV/AIDS, and helps to reduce the transmission of HIV in our communities. Unfortunately, more people than ever in Toronto are living with HIV/AIDS, and every day, two new people are infected. With your ongoing support, ACT can continue to deliver important programs and services.
